All your GOYA pieces can be washed in water, either by hand or by machine. Use regular detergent but leave out the fabric softener if you like to prolong the moisture-wicking properties of the fabric. Fabric softeners leave a waxy deposit which can inhibit a fabric's ability to wick moisture. If you have done, don't sweat it too much as another wash or two can remove the softener residue.
Hand Wash
Allow your clothes to soak in warm soapy water, rub and rinse thoroughly and avoid squeezing too hard.
Washing Machine
Place in a mesh laundry bag and wash in a warm water cycle - the recommended settings would be 30°C at a spin speed of 700rpm for at least 30 minutes.
Dry Clean
It is perfectly safe to dry clean your GOYA pieces. Note that dry cleaning will not have the same deep cleansing effect as washing with water, whether by hand or machine.
What is your returns policy?
We've got great news - Full-price items, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unperfumed with original tags attached can be returned for full refund within 30 days of delivery.
All sale items are refundable for store-credit only.
To process your return, simply contact our customer care team at wecare@goyathelabel.com and we will contact you to arrange a pick-up. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return after we receive the items.
What is your exchange policy?
We'd be happy to ensure you find your perfect GOYA soulmate!
To make an exchange, simply text our customer and styling service helpline 9618 8970 for recommendations!
We'll process a return on your original item and place a new order for the exchange. When exchanging, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unperfumed with original tags attached.
Where do you ship to?
We courier at a flat rate of SGD10 all over Singapore!
For our international friends, if you love an item and would like to receive a shipping estimate, please contact our team via the online shop webchat or wecare@goyathelabel.com and we will arrange secure international shipping specially for you!
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Upon successful authorization from the bank, please give us 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel.
What if I need my items immediately?
We have two options:
(i) Self Collection – Upon receiving the confirmation e-mail that your order is ready for pick up, you may collect your items from our studio during self-collection hours Monday to Friday 11AM-5PM
Our studio is located at 261 Waterloo Street #03-32 Singapore 180261
(ii) Next (Day) Delivery – You may also opt for Express Delivery, which costs SGD 10 which would deliver your item on the next day. Simply select this option upon checkout.
